I have also added a database with pages for 3000 or more individuals who hailed from Glascoed, or are perhaps related to Glascoed people. The database also includes details of my ancestors. Since quite a number of my ancestors have roots in Glascoed, I have added them all together! It’s far more straightforward to manage the database that way!

I have tried to suppress details of people who I believe are still alive. The database with these individuals has been generated from Legacy, a family history database that I have used for many years. If you find the name or details of a living person on this site, please let me know – I will remove it straight away.

Please don’t only rely on the records on this site for proving links to your family. I try to avoid assumptions and transcription errors, but there is always the possibility of errors creeping in. If a particular family or individual interests you, please ask me for the sources of my information, which I will be happy to send to you. It may sometimes be advisable to order certificates or other information if you want to fully prove a link.

I have sometimes linked families that are not directly linked to me based on a very strong probability, to help fellow family historians. Check my sources and draw your own conclusions. To fully prove some of the links would take up time and money that I sadly don’t have.
